I've had one bar signal, for approximately 3 weeks and have visited the EE shop twice and spoke to the (so-called) expert's on several occasions! EE have forgotten about their duty of care, because the only way I can solve the problem! Is to upgrade early at a cost of approximately £160

Are you having any problems using your phone?

The signal bars are only an approximation of service, but 1bar is all I have now and it's not causing any issues with calls, texts or data.

Mine is causing issues with calls and I recently bought a £15 Nokia pay as you go, with a Vodafone sim! Full signal and excellent call service and unlike EE my texts are sent/received immediately

Don't upgrade I've had this problem for 2months upgraded 3 days ago and its the same no signal
