In the last few weeks there’s been really bad signal in Kew to the point where no phone calls can be received or texts which makes it difficult to login to mobile apps. Is there a technical problem somewhere that needs to be fixed?

Myself and many other residents in the Kew area of London are also having similar difficulties with the EE network. Please can this be resolved as it is unusable.

Please report this via the Status Checker or by giving us a call on 150.
This will notify our network team who can investigate this further.

I would just like to say that the signal in Kew has been fixed, actually it was fixed last week. Thank you EE for fixing it.
