Wanting to find out how a small business would go about appyling to have a phone mast installed on private land?

Hello, not sure if this is the appropriate place but it was the closest i could find to a wayleaves contact.

we're interested if there would be any interest in having a phone mast at our village church, EE reception in the village is limited and the church could really use any funds from a wayleave income. church has a tower and graveyard surrounding either may be suitable and location is realatively high/central in the area.

if there is any interest please let me know and i can put you in touch with the rector.

Does the church have a location suitable for both the radio kit to be located and the antennas to be mounted? It's also highly likely to need full planning consent.

There's power at the church and a tower with space in the belfry (although its ancient ladder access). The church is medieval or earlier and listed so it might be easier to have a tower in the graveyard.

Planning shouldn't be a major issue (i'm on the parish council and we'd be in favour of it, as is the rector).
