Any update on the network

Bought add on yesterday but it’s not working. Crazy bills been sent out to us. Does anyone know what is going on? Is the network down?

What add-on have you bought?

We are in the North East. One phone on pay as you go bought add on for it yesterday but not working. The second phone is on pay monthly but exorbitant bill received. 

@Femmylodge   Your bill breakdown will show why the bill is more than you expected.    Have you restarted the PAYG device since you purchased the add on ?
