Another week, another load of nothing

• Lost phone signal over 7 days ago due to local mast repairs in my home area, yet I can't get even get a signal anywhere within a 20 mile radius. What on earth is going on?
• Can't manage my account online or in the app for weeks? Maybe longer.  Growing really tired of seeing the following:

I can guarantee you that Vodaphone was not listed on your search

Bear in mind that no network offers 100% uptime on every site 24/7/365, it sounds like you've been unlucky with a protracted outage on your server or potentially a small cluster of sites - it would have been interesting to check further.

I was referring to the distance between my home address and my work address and further afield where I had driven to.

EE confirmed that my home address had several outages. Not an expert but there must be some wider problem because the same issue is happening some 20 miles away, no?
