Hi all, new here!
Im in a big dispute currently with another very well known provider. I’ve been a customer there for over 20 years- but the way i’ve been treated has been nothing short of horrific in the last week- and none of it is down to me! Anyway, enough is enough and I want to come over to EE but not sure where i would stand about keeping my old number? i’ve had it for years and it would make thinks A LOt more simple if i could keep my old number and take it from my old provider over to EE! Has anyone done this? Can it be done?! I appreciate any feedback or suggestions ☺️ Thanks so much!

Hi @BZP1
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you would like to transfer a mobile number from another network you would need to contact your network and request a PAC.
Full details can be found in our Transfer your number to EE page on what is needed and how to set up the transfer.

As long as your current provider despite the dispute will issue with your PAC, you can move your no. to EE by giving them the PAC when you order a SIM from EE. This will cancel your contract with your current provider.
