All calls from EE are silent

Good day,  this is specifically addressed to the EE technical team / customer support.

I have an ongoing intermittent internet dropping issue with the data on my phone, happens overnight.  Previously I was able to report these faults via the fault page, but this page has been broken for over a month and just shows a red exclamation where the box is, and no other info.  Also the service status page has also been broken for over a month with "this service is currently unavailable".

I have been through the FAULT ADVISOR text process via 150 numerous times.  I have received numerous call backs from 0800 956 5062 but every call back is completely silent.  This has happened about 20 times now, I tell them that they are silent, the calls then cuts off a few seconds later and I get a message "we tried to contact you but were unable to, ring 150".   I then do the voice support way via 150, wait in the queue, can hear the hold music just fine, then presumably a real person answers the call but it is also completely silent and cuts off a few seconds later.

What on earth is going on?  Is this a known issue?

But it is not being received by EE technical team / customer support as this public user discussion forum isn't either.  You need to raise this with CS.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.
