5g signal

I can't get a 5g signal. It's a Samsung A14 5g. I've tried a sim from another network and get 5g signal ok. I've had 2 replacement sims. My contract has been checked. My friend has the same phone on ee. I've been sitting with him where he gets 5g and i don't. Anyone have any ideas?

Is 5G activate under network settings. 

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract.
