No signal at all

I live in Gnosall and for a few years the signal has become less and less and  now I have none. I'm not the only person with this issue in this village. It's the 21st century and I can't even call my partner on my way home from work daily without the signal cutting out or there being none at all! I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving and it's beyond a joke now.

Has every affected user reported their issues to EE, initially via the "check status", "report a problem" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ? And then followed up, if necessary, by calls to CS?

Indoor coverage issues can be resolved by using WiFi-calling.
