I've had no 5g coverage for 4 days after a storm. I've reported the fault at Dg8 0**. Any idea how long it will take to fix it

Are you getting 4G coverage? Or nothing at all?
Reporting the fault via the status tool is absolutely the right thing to do - once the first-line network guys have taken a look, they'll be in a better position to ascertain what the fix is.
