5G stops working

Can I ask why my iPhone 13 with 5G connectivity does not work. I have to wait for my 4G to be able to use it. 5G is meant to be better connectivity than 4G so why do I have to wait when I have 3 bars of service with my 5G?

Can you explain how your connectivity is not working? Do you only have this problem in a specific location?

@agribble     Do you have 5G set to alway on or Auto on the device?   

5G Auto uses 5G only when needed for performance while optimising battery life.

5G On uses 5G whenever it is available, even when it may reduce battery life or performance.

5G may impact battery life and reliability of some voice calls and data.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@lealee134  go to settings>mobile data>select your sim/esim>voice and data. 

This is for an iPhone on an Android device it will be different.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
