5G for upgrading sims

Hi, I upgraded my plans as they have ran out and got the following plan: IMG_2490.jpeg

The agent from retentions says it comes with 5G Standalone and Network boost, how do i see if these are working as they dont show as addons in my account.

Plans don't run out. They are not fixed term contracts but open-ended with a min. term. So why upgrade?

My BT deals were coming to an end and the 24m discount on them were coming to an end which meant my plans were going to rise to £25 a month

@NoahWilliamLamb  They don’t show under add on as they are not add ons, it’s part of the tariff
