The signal checker says I have excellent signal strength 4g and 5g but apparently there is no SIM. Same problems for a week. There are building works in the area on James Street/Bird Street.

What do you mean by "apparently there is no SIM"? What are the problems you're having with using your phone?
It sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option on the status checker, rather than "check status" which is for the faults lookup.
