why is data gifting always showing error messages?

Why is it a constant battle to gift data these days? Error messages constantly - try again later.

@rsw1953  Try clearing your device cache 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Mine is the same it never allows me to gift data

Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online? 

What error message shows when you try and gift data?

Hi - sorry for the delay in replying, but the problem persists. 

I use my EE account online via my laptop. This always used to be a simple operation but is now always returning error messages which is time consuming and very hit and miss. This is something that has been more of a problem over the last few months.

But when you try again later the same message keeps popping up. Very frustrating.

Did you try @Chris_B's suggestion of clearing your browser cache and cookies?

Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately the problem remains despite clearing my browser cache and cookies.
