Hi I'm still having the same problem gifting data ,been like that a few days now

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Are you trying to gift data using the EE app or logging into the account on a web browser? 

When did you last gift data? 

Just to check, are you in the UK?

Hi Leanne thanks for replying ,I'm logging into my account through the browser and last gifted data on the 7th of November,  it's still saying  we can't show this devices data right now,that's been about 4 days now.

Also, just to check have you reported the error message to our mobile guides on 150 to be looked into?
