sim not working

Hi i am new to ee done a sim swap but the sim i have been sent has failed to work tried it in another phone no signal how do i get a replacement?

Hi @archie2209 

You can order a replacement sim here, or pop into an EE store with photo ID and they can give you a new one instantly.

A couple of questions first though. What phone do you have? Is it unlocked? Are you currently in the UK?

Hi iPhone 11 yes it’s unlocked I put the sim in another phone it does the same I have not logged into my account yet as can’t verify the number, so can’t add my sim yet.

Did you have an EE account before requesting a replacement SIM card, or is this new EE SIM card to replace your other network SIM?

Yes plusnet works fine no idea why it doesn’t work I’m on ee and I get signal fine.
