My data allowance says 20gb, i haven't used it, but its "used"

I have an issue.  I have two new sims - they were both purchased with a 20gb allowance.  They both showed as 10gb on Sunday through the app, on the account for June, with no allowance allocated for July.  I got a message at 15.39 on Sunday saying I had used 80% of my data.  My phone was at home and hadn't been used all day - and I hardly used it for the next few hours, and went to bed. I woke to a text at 0530, saying I had used 100% of the data - another 4 GB had been used overnight when I was asleep. Nothing running, the phone is on DND due to an early work start.  I checked the EE App again for allowances, and it had changed overnight to show 20gb for each phone, for each month - but is saying it's been used on the one SIM

The phone settings show I used less than 8 GB of data last month and only just over 5 GB this month on wifi. It's accurate. Your system shows my both accounts as SIM 10GB £10 24m 5G T plans, for £10 a month.  That's inaccurate - it was arranged through BT and I pay £17.99 for the two, not £20.  It's also supposed to be 20GB, not 10GB

When you click through to view data usage, it then says on my one SIMI I've used ALL of the data from my 20GB allowance, but won't show me how much that is... and my other sim has used 10.7 GB out of 11 GB - when that should also be a 20gb allowance (which it says on the page.) - Your website is showing us one of the SIMS as having three different allowances of 10gb, 11gb and 20gb, depending on which page you look at.

There's clearly an error. Can someone please sort it out? I want my allowance back.
