@Alohin : Have you tried Switching Content Lock OFF or ON ? It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

You can't use the app. You must use your online MyEE.

@Alohin If you’ve never remove contact lock before then you need to go to a store with photo ID or call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have it removed you will then be able to turn the feature on and off from within the my EE app. You can not just turn it off without proof that your 18+ years of age.
