expired data

I have a group contract, with 4 phones on it. 3 have essential SIM 1GB package, 1 has 250GB that is shareable.

All the 1GB phones have data renewed and then almost immediately it expires. Eg all had renewed on 26th Jan, one expired on 27th Jan, one on 2nd Feb, one has data that is still active. It's really frustrating.

It's also really frustrating that I either have to sit on the phone for hours waiting for someone to answer in support, or spend ages registering for a forum that may or may not have the answer.
Customer service sucks when the customer has to use thier time to fix an issue rather than the company.

Are you having problems gifting data to the other SIM cards?
