Why am i unable to gift data to my other lines? 

When i asked on the phone if this was an option they said yes - but when i go to gift the data it states up unable to.

@elb3458  are these tariffs you’re trying to give to no frills tariffs ? If they are, you cannot give data to these tariffs.     And what is your tariff ?  How much data do you get ?

i have 3 plans

1 unlimited and 1 128gb which are contracts and one monthly sim at 4gb

Does the plan show as No Frills within your EE app and on the bill?

No Frills plans don't include data gifting.

Have you been able to gift between these specific lines previously? Or is it the first time you've tried?

No its not saying that anywhere -

it allows me to go on to the gift data and only one of the phones can gift but mine cant and im the main account.

Tha account can gift to me but not the other number
