I pay a monthly bill of around £200. I also have unlimited internet. Why is it so poor? That pages don't open? What's more, it is unlimited so that I can also use the internet from my computer. However, the internet does not work on my computer. What is the reason for this?

What you pay has no bearing on this. Are you using fixed-line broadband or EE's mobile network?
