Why does my contract say 60gb but I only get 30gb a month

I never had an issue with data before, my plan gives me 6gb a month, that's plenty. Since the new year, however, I've been running out and I have checked online and now I only have an allowance of 30gb and have no idea why and since EE don't have a chat or email service its nearly impossible to actually speak to someone about I need the communities help. Does anyone have any ideas

@Annoyed561  EE do have live chat and it’s available via the EE app under help.  You also need to be a contract customer to use live chat. 

Emails are too slow to deal with customer issues. 

What does texting AL to 150 report back.
