The WeAre8 app since 5 days ago will not open on my iphone11! I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it from the App Store and turned phone on and off but it makes no difference.
I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
would appreciate any help

There's quite a few app store reviews saying it's crashing so hopefully they are already on it.

Weare8 have sent 2 updates out today, and it seems they have fixed it in version 2.1.1. It's not crashing any more.

Thanks so much! I just deleted the app again and reinstalled it and it’s working fine.
pity WeAre8 couldn’t reply sooner and tell me it was sorted. Poor customer service.
they replied yesterday saying they would get back to me but haven’t had an update.
I so appreciate you taking the time to help me with this.
