Usage stats in recent 12 months

Hi
What is the way to get access to the usage stats of calls and mobile internet transfer in the last 12 months? This will clearly predict my needs for the next 12 months, however, this information appears non-existent on the ee app and 'my ee' web pages.

I have downloaded one of hte bills and it does not state the actual internet usage - only allowance, so not what I need.
Instead, I have found on the web account "A Get a monthly breakdown of all your usage. Call us on 150 or 07953 966 250 to discuss pricing "

Hi @ASDKJFLS
If you're contract then probably not as most if not all packages have unlimited calls and text and therefore the information is irrelevant.
You should know how much data you use and if that meets your needs.
You can speak to EE CS on 150 and they might be able to help.

To clarify, I need the stats for the number of minutes and GB of data per each month to have a ballpark idea of my needs for the next contract. If not possible to obtain that as a self-service, that would be chatbox, indeed. Anyone managed to find this on myee?

@ASDKJFLS As @Northerner says unlimited minutes on all contracts so that’s not really going to help with the next contract you decide to have as it too will be unlimited. If you need data usage you can call customer service and they can inform you of what you’ve used. So you regularly run out of data ? Do you purchase extra data per month because you run out or do you usually have a decent amount of data left per month?

Monthly bills have a headline overview of the data & minutes usage of each phone in the relevant billing cycle.
Those bills are available via your myEE online account/app.
