I bought an unlimited data add on to my contract phone. When I look in my data usage, it says my active data is out of 100gb. Am I just limited to that, or is it really unlimited?

 

I’m also abroad and have the benefit of being able to use my contracted minutes and stuff as normal in the eu. Is it capped while I’m abroad?

@pwdebb  Your account will only show your tariff allowance if you have a unlimited add on that will show in add ons.   You can only use 50Gb per month when roaming. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
