Hi,
I am a sim only customer, when I joined broadband last year I was told i would be given an extra 5gb of data per month on the sim when i signed up for broadband. I questioned this later on as I couldn't see it on my bill but was assured it would arrive soon.
Now I am running out of data before half the month is up, and I see that I only have 2GB of data on my plan in total per month. What is going on?

Did you supply your mobile no. when you signed up for BB?

Yes they would have sorted all that out with me at the time, they should have been putting it on my phone account while I was calling them, they have all that information
