Unable to gift Data

My account and my son’s account still have 24 days left before our allowances reset.

I have unlimited data and still have over 98 GB available to gift, however, I’m not able to gift any data to my son who is on my account.

How can this be resolved?

What happens when you try to gift the data? Do you get an error message? Have you tried both through the My EE desktop site and the My EE app?

I’m still getting an error message on the app, but was able to gift data using a desktop browser.
