Hi, I have an account with ee for my teenage daughter. At night I can tell my WiFi not to work on her phone, but she has mobile data. Is there a way of limiting her phone so that she cannot use mobile data at night ? Can I do this from the app on my phone? Thanks

On the New App -
Go to Change Product and select the Target Phone Number
Select Mobile Plan
Select Settings
Select - Use Mobile Data, toggle slider to On or Off.

The app (iOS) is completely broken. It shows 0 data available (wrong)
Also there is "Change Product" to select the Target Phone Number etc, I can't find anything close to this

There is a "Plans & Subscriptions" button at the top (I assume this is what you mean?)
There is "Check Settings" at the bottom
There is no Mobile Data, toggle slider to On or Off.

Hi @Ak7109,
If you select your profile at the top right of your screen in the app, you should see a Settings and permissions option. Can you see the toggle there?
