Hi,

I've got a subscription packs that supposedly gave me 50gb data to use in UK and EU. I'm in France and then heading to Spain and I can't use my data even though ( renewed today) I received a text message that my data could be use in UK and EU.

Am I doing something wrong? Please advise

Did you buy the £2.50 /day or the £10 /week roaming add-on that the msg from EE offered you?

There is a FUP of 25GB per month on PAYG when roaming.

@Mcaux   You can use up-to 25Gb of data per month on PAYG  when roaming

Have you tried just restarting the device?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you @Chris_B .

Yes. I did restarted the mobile twice in case it needed to refresh the network and nothing happens.

No, I haven't bought anything besides the £20 Subscription pack which was renewed today with the following confirmation text message : "

Great news, now you can use your Pack, Free Boost and add-ons in the UK & while roaming in the EU including SPAIN at no extra cost. If you don't have any of these then standard UK rates apply: calls cost 35p/min and texts 15p each. Picture messages cost 40p.
Calls from SPAIN to countries outside the EU are £1.20/min and texts 50p each.
