@Andrew87kkk you call customer support and request content lock to be removed and with a credit card you pay a refundable token to have content lock removed or you go to an EE store with date photo ID to make the request of content to be removed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
