If I have a roaming pass on my account, can my kids use my hotspot when we are in France without being charged the daily fee?

Yes, but you realise that they will be contributing towards your 50GB pm data FUP?

Oh ok. So could I just pay the daily charge (£2.47) to use my full data allowance and share my hot spot?

That's the point - you have full use of your UK allowance for the daily charge (or roaming pass monthly fee if chosen), but that's subject to a 50GB fair-usage limit whilst roaming.

So you're saying that whatever I choose, I will only have 50GB of data to use?

Correct, in each billing month.
