Roaming in the usa

please help- I’m in the USA and I can’t seem to Roam despite trying to buy a roaming pass- I can’t send texts or call the EE mobile number from my phone. 

I also didn’t get the standard roaming message when I landed. 
I’ve bought a wifI package to be able to send this.

@Traceym10  Did you enable roaming on your EE account?  Purchasing an add on doesn’t enable roaming it’s just an add on to allow you to use your allowances while there. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
