Hi @Cerihepp
The SIM/network may not be compatible with your camera. Have you checked on the Reolink website/support.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes I checked with them and they said that an EE data only sim was needed
hence why I purchased a 120 GB data sim .
But I’m getting same message I got when I tried to use an ID mobile monthly
sim
Don’t really know where to go now and how to sort it . Have i purchased an
incorrect sim again ?

I was asking whether the SIM was new when you inserted it, not the camera.
Are you in UK?

Hi there @Cerihepp
Thanks for coming here 🙂
Are you able to try the SIM card in another device to see if you get signal?
The SIM card should be registered for you, if this is not a replacement and show a EE signal in an unlocked device.
Leanne.
