Hi 

I’ve topped up my data with £5 credit as my dd stopped when I lost & cancelled my debit card. 
it’s showing I have £5 credit but when I scroll down it’s showing no data? The sim is for a security camera. Thanks

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

With pay as you go data, you need to opt-in to purchasing a data pack in order to connect; we don't ever charge you by the MB using your standard credit. 

If you have this set up to manage online, you should be able to select a data pack or add-on through here.

Alternatively if you put this SIM in a phone and connect to add-on.ee.co.uk, it should give you these options too.
