Hi, I'm texting about a £10 data pack on my account. I don't remember purchasing this pack, and I've barely used any of the data. I canceled the pack for next month, but I was hoping to get a refund for this month since I didn't intend to buy it. Can you please look into this for me?

Yes, your pack will not refresh but you won't get any refund for it.

@Fathima2 : How did you cancel it?
PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable.

I just cancelled the subscription plan but I don’t remember purchasing it and it says it will refresh soon when I have barely used any of the data so how do I keep the data from refreshing and if it does refresh will I still have the unused data as I’ve cancelled next months plan?

If you tell me how you cancelled it, as I asked, I should be able to tell you whether it will refresh or not.

I texted 150 asking to cancel it which they said it got cancelled.

What words did you text to 150?

I said STOP PLAN
then it replied with
You have asked us to stop your plan. When your current plan ends we will not add a new one. If you'd like to proceed, just reply YES. For more info on our other plan, go to EE ee.co.uk/EE or text ALL PLANS to 150
in which I said YES

Will the unused data still be on my account and if not what do I do to make it happen I still have most of the data left

When your current pack expires you will no longer have any data. You can only have data while you have a time-limited pack or add-on active. Yet you've stopped your pack renewing.
