I tried to make a payment for my bill but payment was reverted. When will I receive fund back in my bank account?

It sounds like the payment you tried to make hasn't completed successfully with us, so there's a good chance this is currently pending with your bank. 

You'll be best speaking to your bank directly about this, and they should be able to advise you of their timescales.
