Turn off mobile data from a different phone

The turn off mobile data toggle is no longer working. It keeps saying there is a problem and to text 150. I have uninstalled and resinstalled the app and its the same problem. Pls advise

How long have you been unable to change the mobile data settings in your My EE app?

Can you access all other features in the app?
