Have you had a chance to try any of the steps recommended by our team earlier in this thread?

If you're on pay monthly this should have you covered, or if you're on Pay as you go it's a little bit different and requires separate verification.

For PAYG, you'll just need to call our team on 150 where we verify your age via a small credit card transaction that's fully refunded, or alternatively you can visit your nearest EE Store with a valid passport or UK driving license.

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

For Pay as you go (Pre-pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID

Are you a pay monthly customer?

If yes, you can remove content lock by logging in to your EE account online or via the app.
