EE data connection stopped working. Have plenty of data. 3 / 4 bars signal strength swapped phone and exactly the same problem. Suspect sim but no way of checking. As I have spent the last 5 hours trying to fix this it would help if I could leave a message ticket with EE technical support to get back but to me to sometime. I would guess this message will be answered by bots.

Are you able to try manually connecting to the EE network?

I contacted EE and was told to either buy a new simm (£1.00) and then contact EE to port my number to the new simm or EE would send me a new simm. So yes I had to contact EE either way.

By turning the power off & restart the iPhone, the problem is solved. My iPhone has 2 SIM cards & that may be a problem.
