does anybody know why my data is on and i have 49Gb left but its not working on snapchat tiktok or insta and whatsapp? 

its annoying me as i can use safari , get notifications but nothings sending 

sort it out

@lfrancis139 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

@Rky  Not at all even with content lock off a VPN will still allow this to work it doesn’t prove it’s content lock it could simply be a app setting that enabled that doesn’t allow that app to work over cellular data.    So how does using a VPN prove it’s not or is content lock.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Did you ever manage to sort this iv had the same problem for nearly the whole length of my contract Nearly 2 years and never been able to resolve it
