@scallydeejay : You may only gift from the 1st 100 GB each month. You have already used 1.4 TB this month for some reason. So you can't possibly gift now.

Text BALANCE or AL to 150, and compare the result.
Also use the data counter in your phone's menu, with the counting period set to match your bill cycle, to further verify.

It doesn’t have a counter. My phone says I’ve only used 160GB

That's right! AL does not show you your data usage when you have unlimited data.
