I from Korea and arrived here yesterday
I buy the sim at Korea so I need charge the data
but because of my language level I think I buy new one
so I want to cancel that and buy just data

You write you arrived from Korea here yesterday, did you get a SIM card in the UK and where did you buy it?
A little confusing as to why you want to cancel and buy a new one, please explain.
If you bought a Korean SIM card, then we cannot deal with that, you would have to do that yourself.
