I have not had internet access for about 5 hours, the balance has been added to my number but it still does not connect anywhere, I live abroad and you have been using your service from roaming packages for a long time, right now

I live in Turkey, I am a payG customer, I added 20 pounds balance to ee mobile, but I still do not have mobile data access. 

You're outside the EU. Any PAYG packs are not valid there. You can't buy data direct from your balance. You need to buy a roaming data add-on, which it would've offered you in your Welcome to country text.

Dude, do you have trouble understanding? I say I didn't buy a data package, I added a normal balance of 20 pounds, but then I still say there is no Internet access.After I have a balance, I need to access the internet in the country I want, but many people cannot access the internet while roaming, mobile data is active but there is no internet, please provide me a solution.Or report to the authorities that there is a problem with roaming internet access.

As you didn't buy a data package you cannot use data there & so you can't go on the Net.

I can use internet calls and SMS by spending 20 pounds from my balance, but I can't spend it because it doesn't enter, I say Turkey roaming is disabled,Access is denied

To use mobile data in Turkey, you'll need to purchase a roaming data add-on.

If you open your web browser when not connected to WiFi, you'll be prompted to purchase an add-on.
