No explanation for sudden loss of connection everywhere and why is my data 1kb

Connection to EE network suddenly stopped days ago just after I got a msg saying all data used which I accidentally deleted. 
i have 5GB essential plan….

no network issues in area

done all diagnostics twice

wifi calling isn’t even working? 
and my data allowance is showing as 1kb?? 
what’s going on I’m going around in circles

They'll be able to access your account and see if there are any problems on our side.

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Even if your data had run out, you should still be able to make calls and send messages etc.

Yeah tried that, a few times.

 Waiting on EE to reply to me, maybe a sim problem?

Solved 

after a few calls etc, no explanation given as why it said 1kb available. They added extra 5GB to my monthly allowance and it immediately fixed it, some kinda glitch that has restricted mobile network/4G
