I topped up my account yesterday. Billing time is over today. The account was topped up and the saved GB disappeared.

it said £10 paid in and 8GB transferred from last month. Pity. 80GB went down the drain.

The saved 80gb is gone. transferred 8gb. I would prefer the opposite 😀

Same thing has been happening to me
I gifted 15 gb to my daughters sim and within hours it had gone. Nothing to do with passwords because we don’t need to change the password the week before.. when I called EE, they told me that 70% had gone on Netflix and listed all the other percentages of use. We don’t have iTunes or Facebook so how could we have use that? We watched one hour of Netflix and that doesn’t use 10gbs
I’ve heard this has been happening to other people too. When I called EE, they weren’t that helpful.
