Mobile number for 5G broadband

Hi,

I recently purchased my 5G Giga Pod for my flat and I can't seem to connect it to my account. It says that I need a mobile number but I can't connect my 5G hub to find it as I am currently abroad. I also missed one of my payments due to card verification issues. Would appreciate help sorting this out.

Thanks.

@dabdabchi : Well, you'll need to wait until you get home to find it.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

So then if I missed a payment how do I pay for it?

Do you know your billing a/c no? If so, you can pay by bank transfer. Otherwise you'll need to back in UK with the mobile no. to pay it.

I just found my mobile number by inserting the home pod sim into my phone. How should I proceed?
