Mobile data isn't working and can't see account details when logged in

For the last two days now I haven't had any data signal (I'm getting the 5G with the '!') . When logging into my EE my details of my plan can't be retrieved. I'm confident that I'm not out of data as I track it on my phone.

I recently received a text to say I've been rolled onto a new SIM only plan - assume this may have caused an issue. 

Any ideas?

Text BALANCE to 150, what do you get by response?

Is mobile data enabled on your phone? Toggle it if so, enable it if not.

Can you make & receive calls?
