I have a question like I took unlimited data boundless contracts.. I wanna change it what can I do

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.

Hi @Farah-ch Are you on a sim only deal or a handset contract?

You'll not be able to lower your contract if your mid term, but we may be able to change the plan to something that suits you better, even if it's slightly more each month.
