Hello @jj2000ho
Any browsing history retained by EE is only kept for legal & judicial purposes & will only be released to the proper authorities upon Court Order.

So just to confirm, do tech support staff have access to this information?

Hi @jj2000ho ,
Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
Our technical support team are not able to access your mobile browsing history. They can generally see which apps have been used and what amount of data has been used on an app, but not any content that has been accessed.
