Hello just trying to sort out which is right please
my Contact is from 29 th to 28 th
My Bank account is debited on 23 rd ech month
my mobile data allowance I was told runs from 15 th to 14 th monthly
could someone please tell me what date I set so I don’t go over my allowance please

What matters is your monthly bill date - this is when your bill is produced, and all your allowances reset.
Your payment date will be approximately a week later.

Si is that the 15 to 14 th then for Bill I am confused because I had to phone short time ago as they said I am over my allowance but that was a mistake ?
and he said c tract date ? 29 to 28 th which doesn't work with what you kindly informed me of as money goes out 15 th

I have checked online my bill date is all ways the 15 th
so I assume I set the data usage from 15 th to end 14 th
sorry he just confused me with everything after getting text saying your at your end of included allowance and will be charged as I said sent in error

Sorry hope this is ok to ask if I have Wi-Fi on and mobile data I was told the phone will all ways use Wi-Fi
first where possible so it’s ok to leave both on Wi-Fi and mobile data ??

@madeline50 You can not go over your data allowance, if you use up your data allowance you have to purchase a data add on to use data. You can not use data and be charged for that usage. You can only get out of allowance charges for call/texts and these ate going to be premium rate numbers or calling to non UK numbers ie international numbers.
Your phone will use WiFi over cellular data but some phones do have the option to use cellular data if that cellular data connection is better than the WiFi connection. But this is a user option within the settings of the device and can be switched off/on.

WiFi is a connection between a mobile device (in this case your phone) and a broadband router. It has nothing to do with a mobile network.
You can either access the internet via WiFi or by using mobile network data.
